Hinano is a leading producer and distributor of juices, soft drinks (e.g. Coca-Cola) and beer in French Polynesia.

October 2005 | MIKAN FRANCE is created

In October 2005 we created MIKAN France. This branch will support our customers in Europe.

September 2005 | EDF signed with MIKAN

EDF commissioned MIKAN to run a comprehensive study on the use of medium range climate forecasts to predict energy demand in France on lead times up to six months. The non-linear modeling will be done with our software DECIDE

 

June 2005 | Sales agreement with ENERDATA

ENERDATA and MIKAN signed a contract for distributing DECIDE. ENERDATA has become a distributor for DECIDE for the energy market in western Europe.

June 2005 | METEO FRANCE NEW CALEDONIA

MIKAN signed a partnership contract with the New Caledonian branch of Meteo France. This contract allows Meteo France and Mikan to offer comprehensive analyses to their customers, combining MIKAN’s modeling experience with Meteo France’s data base and expertise on climate and weather related issues.

April 2005 | ATEL signed with MIKAN

ATEL is another company that recently entered the deregulated French energy market. ATEL uses DECIDE to analyse consumption profiles and consumption predictability of new customers.

 

April 2005 | POWEO signed with MIKAN

POWEO is a new entrant into the deregulated energy market in France. POWEO uses DECIDE for their daily electricity demand forecasts.

July 2004 | Exclusive sales agreement with HAKOM

   HAKOM Consulting obtains the right for marketing the forecasting software Energy RAP (a German release of DECIDE for Intranet) in Austria. HAKOM is located in Vienna and is a leading provider of energy data management systems in Austria.
